ÅF acquires Cordinor AB

ÅF, through its Engineering Division, has acquired the technical
consulting company Cordinor with a staff of 15 and around 10
sub-consultants in Luleå and Kiruna.

Cordinor, which was formed in 1995, is a well-established consulting
company offering qualified engineering services for the mining
industry. Its principal client is the international minerals group
LKAB.

This latest acquisition confirms ÅF's status as one of the foremost
technical consulting companies in the north of Sweden, with a total
of almost 100 employees now in place to serve the region.
