Four female students in Jonas Gustavsson's Advisory Board
ÅF's President and CEO Jonas Gustavsson forms an Advisory Board with four female engineering students. To get deeper insights and knowledge about what the next generation consider valuable from their future employers.
As one of Sweden's largest engineering and design company it's essential to get to know our future employees and get deeper insights about what the next generation wants from their employer. Jonas Gustavsson meets up with his new Advisory Board for the first time in September, to discuss their views on leadership, career, expectations of their employer and gender equality.
- This is very important to ÅF in many ways. Both to contribute to a more equal business community, so that ÅF can continue being an attractive employer and an example to follow in the industry, says Jonas Gustavsson.
On the 17th of September the first Advisory Board meeting in Stockholm takes place and the four Board members for 2018/2019 are:
Sheva Rostam, studying Master of Science in energy, environment and management at LiTH, Linköping
Linnea Bendrot, studying Master of Science in engineering physics at KTH, Stockholm
Azra Malagic, studying Master of Science engineering and surveying and land management at LTH, Lund
Filippa Rexed, studying to an Master of Science in mechanical engineering at Chalmers, Gothenburg

The gender equality process at ÅF is called EVEN ODDS – reaching full potential. Jonas Gustavsson's advisory board is an EVEN ODDS activity.
