Future Stars is AFRY’s one-year career programme for students. The programme consists of training days, mentorship, and master thesis assignment. During the training days, you will develop important skills and find your professional potential. Your mentor supports in planning your career path and building a network at AFRY. At the end of the programme, you write your master thesis together with us. AFRY Future Stars Programme is designed to provide you with experiences, knowledge, and a network that prepares you for your future career.

We are now looking for Future Stars to the Nuclear Business Area within AFRY Energy Division!
AFRY is proud to be one of the largest suppliers of expertise in the nuclear power industry in Sweden and the Nordic countries. AFRY has been working with the nuclear power industry since its infancy, successfully carrying out projects dealing with everything from full-service undertakings to highly specialized details. Our focus has always been on increasing utilization rates, improving operating availability, and rising levels of safety in the plants. You will be part of a team consisting of qualified engineers and top experts within the field.

Who are you?

You are a student in Sweden who has approximately one year of studies left at the start of the program. You are planning on graduating in the summer of 2022.

You are curious to grow and develop professionally, learn from our experts as well as contribute with your knowledge and perspectives, are willing to take initiatives, and have a can-do attitude. You are fluent in English and Swedish. To enjoy the journey as our Future Star, we believe you recognize yourself in our core values; brave, devoted, team players.

As a Future Star within Nuclear Energy, we believe that you are a M.Sc student in one of the following Cities and within one of the following competence areas:

  • Student in Gothenburg (Chalmers), Lund, Uppsala, Borås or Halmstad.
  • Education within the field of Energy, Nuclear, Construction, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical/I&C.
