AFRY is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in Malmö to join our devoted HR team. The position is a 1 year assignment from June 2021 (parental leave). You will be part of the Industrial & Digital Solutions Division HR team and partner with line managers in the division to ensure we at AFRY continue to grow and keep our talented engineers.

Key responsibilities
As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting managers in aligning their business objectives with people and organization. The role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in areas such as labor law and labor relations, health and safety, employee development and retention, leadership development, succession planning and organization restructures. You will also manage different HR projects and lead Due Diligence and integration processes related to M&A. Ensuring proactive prevention and follow-up of key HR processes as well as analyzing HR data and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement will also be a part of the role.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, we believe you have;

  • Extensive experience (at least 5 years) as a HR Business Partner and from working cross-functionally with all areas in HR, with a strong point in employee and labor relations and Swedish labour law.
  • Proven experience in coaching management through complex and difficult issues.
  • Deep understanding of how to translate business priorities into people strategies and HR activities.
  • A higher education in HR or similar, working in an international environment is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both orally and written.

You are a strong communicator and change agent with demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communications. You are analytically minded and goal oriented. People at AFRY are devoted, brave team players and these words can describe you as well!
