About the job
The ÅF Partner Network consists of more than 25 000 independent consultants eager to work with a large organization as sub-contractors. We have framework agreements with a large number of clients, which means that working with us can lead to exciting assignments and projects with international companies or even innovative, fast-growing start-ups. ÅF Partner Network allows us to identify the most suitable consultants for our clients and projects.
We are now searching for a Business support and coordinator to our Partner Network. In this role, within the Business Development department, you will get the chance to see the entire company from a group perspective. We are now looking for you who can help us develop the Partner network even further, coordinate the processes and support managers all across ÅF.
The role consist of two main areas:
Coordinate, develop and support (About 70%)
You will work with communication coordination such as keeping communications alive with our partners and internal stakeholders. You will give educational support to business area mangers and support in creating Partner Network meetings and events. Your work is highly important and will help to develop the process so it can raise to the next level.
Sales Quality assurance (About 30%)
To keep the quality high in our Partner Network, quality assurance routines within sales is a must. The role includes responsibility for keeping quality assurance of system and sales related data. In other words – you will make sure that everything is in order regarding the data of the sub-contractors.
Who are you?
You are a positive, organized and effective coordinator who are up and coming within business development and have an eye for details and quality. We also think that you are someone who thrives in a role where you can be the “go to-person” with both your administrative and coordinating skills. You are good at networking and are eager to make a difference.
We believe that you have about 3 years of working experience from a coordinating role, preferably from a sales organization or equivalent. You have hands on experience within sales, organizational changes and/or administration and are fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. It is a plus if you also know Finnish. You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, technology or other relevant field and most important of all – you are ready for a new adventure at ÅF!
