Planning and complete engineering services for an HPP in the Philippines

Description of project:
The project in the Philippines, implemented under an EPC contract, diverts up to 80m³/s from the Casecnan and Taan River catchments through 5 pressurised underground desilting chambers and a 23 km long tunnel with surge shaft to a 150 MW underground powerhouse. The water is discharged through the tailrace tunnel to the existing Pantabangan reservoir.

Planning and interpretation of site investigations and hydraulic model tests; basic design of all project components; construction design of the civil works; review of engineering of electro-mechanical equipment; construction supervision.
