Thorough service and support are to critical effective production and ÅF works closely with clients to ensure undisturbed operation.

Service and support

Increasing competition is placing steep demands on an organisation’s ability to develop and maintain production facilities, so when ÅF create a database covering essential information about client's facility and a service schedule for planned maintenance.

When we enter into a service and support agreement we map out an entire facility’s maintenance needs, track clients’ development and adjust our support for optimal performance.

Traceability and careful documentation are of the highest priority, so we also log every support request. When engaging in application support, we create a backup copy of the application to run simulations and tests before live implementation.


We want to help clients procure, commission, run, and decommission production facilities in an efficient and cost effective manner. Drawing on our extensive industry experience, we will offer you courses covering the development and maintenance of every phase of a production facility’s life cycle.

These courses include tailored training modules in GAMP and GMP and also basic training in GxP and IT infrastructure. Thanks to our close partnerships with other industry leaders, our courses are constantly updated to help you meet current regulatory requirements.
