ÅF works to contribute to a more equal business community, and especially, to a technology industry to which more young women want to be a part of. As a step closer to this reality, ÅF’s president and CEO has formed an advisory board of four female engineering students.
These young women will meet with Jonas Gustavsson three to four times the following year, to discuss their views on leadership, career, expectations of their employer and gender equality. ÅF’s aim is to increase its knowledge of and understanding for the next generation to hire, and what they consider valuable from their employers, so that ÅF can continue being an attractive employer and an example to follow in the industry.
The gender equality process at ÅF is called EVEN ODDS – reaching full potential. Jonas Gustavsson’s advisory board is an EVEN ODDS activity.
