The best score of all (4.05) went to Nokia, followed by Ericsson and Europolitan. The overall score is the result of nine different image factors, and the ÅF Group was ranked highly in areas such as customer service, product/service quality and future prospects. Fifteen of the 56 IT companies surveyed were consulting companies, including all of the leading players.
The ÅF Group also scored well when it came to brand awareness among decision-makers, coming second only to WM-Data in the consulting companies section. Overall the best known IT companies were Ericsson and Microsoft.
Focusing on what decision-makers think about the companies they come into contact with, the ISI survey was carried out by post and targeted key decision-makers in companies with more than 50 employees. The survey was carried out in the spring of 2001 and generated 513 responses from the IT sector.
