The acquisition of Svensk Trafikkompetens from SL (the Greater Stockholm public transport authority) has made the ÅF Group a major name in the transport sector and one of Sweden's leading consulting companies in this area, with around sixty specialists at its disposal. Never before have Swedes travelled as much as they do today and the volumes of both passenger traffic and goods traffic are increasing rapidly. Thanks to the ÅF Group's wide geographical diffusion, these operations now have the potential to expand not only nationwide but also beyond the borders of Sweden, where the ÅF Group is already currently involved in infrastructure projects.
