Allgon Mobile Communications has appointed ÅF-Industriteknik to develop and supply fully automatic production equipment for future types of mobile telephone antennas. The equipment will be designed for rapid conversion to manufacture new types of antennas.

”Allgon is the world’s leading manufacturer of mobile telephone antennas,” says Magnus Tannfelt, production manager at Allgon Mobile Communications. ”The new machines will increase our capacity and at the same time allow us to convert the manufacturing process quickly to meet new customer demands.”

ÅF-Industriteknik has total responsibility for designing, manufacturing and starting up the machines for delivery during 1999. The order is worth approximately SEK 45 million.
