In conjunction with the second conversion opportunity for the convertible for ÅF employees for 2005/2008 a new issue had been made of a total of 42,699 class B shares.
Thereby 566,307 shares of a possible 660,644 shares in the convertible programme 2005/2008 have been issued.
This new issue takes the total of shares in AB Ångpanneföreningen to 16,935,233, of which 804,438 are class A shares and 16,130,795 are class B shares.
