At the extraordinary meeting of shareholders in ÅF held today, Tuesday 14 August 2007, a resolution was upheld to approve the sale of the subsidiaries ÅF-CTS Oy and ÅF-Chleq Froté S.A to the management of each of the respective companies. The sales are part of a strategy to realign the operations of the Process Division.
