ÅF Group Nominations Committee appointed
At the 2005 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in AB Ångpanneföreningen it was resolved that a representative for Ångpanneföreningen's Foundation for Research & Development (ÅForsk) should convene a Nominations Committee comprising representatives for the company's major shareholders.
The following individuals have now been appointed to serve on the Nominations Committee:
