The Annual General Meeting will commence at 17.00 (5 p.m.) on 28 April 2005 at AB Ångpanneföreningen's head office at number 7 Fleminggatan in Stockholm, Sweden.
 
All financial reports are distributed simultaneously via Hugin Online to the Stockholm Stock Exchange, news agencies, financial analysts, banks and the media.
