The ÅF Group has acquired the two Norwegian technical consulting companies Lars Myhre AS and Berg-Nilsen & Reinertsen AS. As a result of these takeovers ÅF can now call on the services of approximately 100 employees in Norway and moves to centre-stage as one of the Oslo area's leading consultants in the field of installations.

 

Lars Myhre and Berg-Nilsen & Reinertsen each have around 20 employees and are active primarily within the property and infrastructure markets with consulting assignments relating to electrical, energy, HVAC and sanitation installations. Both companies are based in Oslo. The ÅF Group will acquire 100 percent of the shares in the two companies subject to the customary legal and financial due diligence processes.

 

Lars Myhre and Berg-Nilsen & Reinertsen will be integrated into the ÅF Group's existing Norwegian operations, which, following the completion of the acquisition process, will comprise approximately 100 employees in Oslo, Moss, Alta and Bodö.
