In order to encourage liquidity in the ÅF share, the ÅF Board has, after consultations with the major owner of the ÅF Group, Ångpanneföreningen's Foundation for Research and Development, resolved to appoint the stockbrokers Öhman Fondkommission as liquidity provider for its share within the framework of the Stockholm Stock Exchange's system for liquidity providers.

 

The undertaking takes effect from today, Friday 31 October 2003.
