The ÅF Group has acquired the operations of the technical installation consultants Andresen & Jacobsen from Selmer Skanska of Norway. Andresen & Jacobsen has a staff of eleven, and sales for the current year are estimated to total approximately SEK 10 million.

 

Andresen & Jacobsen will be integrated into the ÅF Group's Norwegian operations*, which, after this latest acquisition, now comprise a total of 55 employees based in Oslo, Moss, Alta and Bodö. The main area of focus for the ÅF Group's activities in Norway is technical installations for public sector premises and industry.

 

"Our aim is build up operations in Norway to parallel those we can currently offer in Sweden," says Per Göransson, Senior Vice President for the ÅF Group's Installations Division.

 

ÅF Installations has 425 employees and offers technical consulting services for installations within the fields of HVAC and sanitation, cooling, control and monitoring, electrical power, lighting and telecoms. Clients come from industry and commercial and public sector property management companies.
