ÅF is one of Europe’s 500 fastest growing companies in 2007 according to BusinessWeek.
Europe's 500 (
www.europes500.com) is the only independent pan-European listing of high growth, job creating companies across all business sectors. It is researched and published by MCI under licence from the association formerly known as Europe's 500 (now called Entrepreneurs for Growth) in cooperation with BusinessWeek.
The list is dominated by companies from The United Kingdom, Sweden and Germany. (74 of the 500 companies are from Sweden)
ÅF made it to a 171st place in total and 13th place in Sweden.
To be considered for the 2007 Europe’s 500 Listing companies be from a EU-country or Iceland, Norway or Switzerland. The company must also have a maximum of 5,000, and a minimum of 50 Full-time Employees and demonstrate at least 30% growth in both turnover and employment since 31 December 2003.
