Project management
As project manager ÅF takes responsibility from start to finish. The project manager is in continual contact with the client to ensure that the project meets all the stipulated quality criteria and is carried out within the framework agreed for time and costs. ÅF assists clients with the work of coordinating technological and human resources in order to increase productivity and profitability.

Regardless of the nature of the project - conversions, rebuilds or new construction, product or process development, or the development of production facilities - qualified project managers are essential to achieve a good result.

We offer specialist skills in project management. Most of our project managers are IPMA certified and have many years of experience from projects in pulp and paper, engineering, the automotive industry, telecoms, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to name but a few.

We take part in the strategic process and are, for example, able to act as a sounding board for the ideas of project groups and corporate management. We can also conduct various types of analysis, such as energy surveys, environmental investigations and gap analyses. Our trained auditors liaise with clients to develop methods for effectively monitoring the working methods chosen and indicators to facilitate the task of following up performance.
