ÅF's rights issue fully subscribed - provides approximately SEK 300 million

The result of Ångpanneföreningen's rights issue shows that 3,216,292 new class B shares, representing 99.5 per cent of the total share offering, have been subscribed with subscription rights.
 
The 15,872 B-shares that were not subscribed with subscription rights, representing 0.5 per cent of the total offering, will be distributed, according to the principles described in the prospectus, to shareholders who have applied to subscribe for shares without subscription rights. The rights issue is thereby fully subscribed. Through the rights issue ÅF will receive approximately SEK 300 million before deducting issue expenses.
 
Through the rights issue the number of shares in ÅF is increased by 3,232,164 class B shares and the share capital is increased by SEK 32,321,640. After the rights issue the company's share capital totals SEK 162,779,750 and the number of shares totals 16,277,975, of which 804,438 class A shares and 15,473,537 class B shares. The newly issued B-shares that have been subscribed with subscription rights are scheduled to trade on the Stockholm Stock Exchange A-list from and including 22 August 2006.
