ÅF Advansia is Norway’s leading player in project management. We call it project management from the conceptual to the operational phase since, with our longstanding experience and 300 of the ablest employees in the business, we can take complete responsibility for carrying out complex projects.
Our project managers lead and coordinate all phases of a project, from project development to construction management and commissioning. On smaller projects the project manager also takes on the role of project developer, project design manager and so on. In other projects we manage a team consisting of the client, in-house resources and occasionally other resources attached to the individual phases of the project.
Our project management is delivered as an all-in package, where we offer resources for managing all, or selected, processes in a project: project development, project design management, procurement management, construction management, management of commissioning and management of operations on a trial basis.
In order to offer the highest possible quality during projects, we offer specialist competence in project control, sustainability and quality assurance: risk management, progress planning, cost management, quality management, environmental management, SHA management, BREEAM certification and document handling.
Our project management is based on the PMI's nine principles of management: strategy (project integration) management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resources management, communications management, risk management and procurement management.
