What is energy collaboration?
Energy collaboration is a long-term cooperation between ÅF and our customers to increase efficiency of energy use in buildings for property managers. Through a practical working model and simple remedies the goal is to reduce the running expenses and at the same time improve the indoor climate in buildings. The working process consists of the following four steps:

Through our experts within energy ÅF helps customers to prioritize the initiatives and investments needed. As a partner ÅF is supporting the management with information and know-how, and functions as the organizations information bank. Costs, energy savings and results are followed up by ÅF through our tool ÅF Energy Controller.
As a customer you don’t receive any invoice from ÅF until you have achieved an economic cut in your energy costs. In energy collaborations with ÅF, you will be guaranteed 20% savings directly in your pocket. The remaining 80% of the savings will be reinvested in competence development, equipment and working achievements.

The energy costs are one of the biggest expenses for buildings, and represents 30-35% of all facility costs for large property owners.
