With ÅF Lighting we have created a cross-national business area, where offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway work together on a daily basis. Looking back, the progress has been great and ÅF Lighting is today the largest competence center within professional lighting in Scandinavia and Northern Europe.
At the launch in September 2011 we were a team of approximately 30 dedicated lighting specialists and that number will reach 50 this autumn. Furthermore, we are working on some of the largest and most prestigious lighting projects in Scandinavia such as the Slussen project in Stockholm, The Fehmarn Belt Link in Denmark, and we are also involved in projects in China wich will give us a growing potential for doing business on a broader scale in Asia.
These projects and the transformation we are going through make us one of the most interesting places where people who are dedicated to lighting can work. Because of our amazing progress as described above we are now able to attract new and important competences even more. This makes us not only the largest competence center, but also the best in many areas.
