Description of project
Eesti Energia Narva Elektrijaamad AS, a subsidiary of the state-owned utility Eesti Energia, repowered 2 x 215 MW units at the world’s largest oil shale-fired power plants, Eesti and Balti in Estonia. Two new circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers
were installed, existing turbines modernized with extensive refurbishment of BoP.
