Description of project
ÅF provided technical services in a four phase rehabilitation of the National Control Centre in Serbia. The project comprised project appraisal (phase 1), project definition (phase 2), tender documents (phase 3) and procurement/implementation (phase 4) for the reconstruction and modernization of the Dispatch Centre for Serbia.

Our services

• Phase 1: technical, economic and financial appraisal of the project 
• Phase 2: detailed reporting of recommended rehabilitation measures, i.e. supplies, works and services
• Phase 3: preparation of commercial and technical tender documents for the reconstruction and modernization of the dispatch centre for Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS)
• Phase 4: assisting and supervising procurement and implementation for a total of 10 packages (supply and installation contracts), liaison and reporting to the Swiss financing institution (State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO) with quarterly reports, budgets, milestones and logframe.
