Description of project
The Phu My 2 gas turbine power plant of Electricity of Vietnam, located in the south of the country, was converted into a combined cycle power plant by retrofitting it with two heat recovery steam generators and one steam turbine. This increased the electrical output of the plant from 300 to 450 MW.
