ÅF’s involvement in the project included a key role as the Technical Advisor in Client’s advisory team (Financial/Legal/Regulatory/Technical):

Plant Audits and Audit Report, Data Room Content Review; and Data Room Inspection. Client – PwC;

Privatisation project comprised of the following power generation assets:

• 2 Nuclear PP (tot 2600 MW)
• 3 Thermal PP (coal and gas, tot 1900 MW)
• 30 Hydro PP (tot 1600 MW)
