ÅF Future Talent

Join us!

ÅF Future Talent is our training and networking programme for students.

The Programme

ÅF Future Talent aims to engineering students from three selected educational institutions in Sweden; Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lund, and to engineering students in Finland, Spain and Norway. This year we also welcome students from Linköping University to apply for the program. A group of 18 students will get training, professional networking and a chance to get involved with our employer branding work.

The programme design

The programme runs over three semesters, starting from your fourth year of university studies.

1st semester: Focus on training and professional networking. The student groups meet at our office for training sessions and networking. You will have the opportunity to get to know ÅF employees in different positions and stages of their career. You will also be assigned a mentor from ÅF that you will be in contact with during the whole programme.

2nd semester: You will have to be creative and innovate to arrange an activity at your school and act as brand ambassadors. This way you will be part of and learn how we work with our employer brand. You will be assigned and responsible for your budget.

3rd semester: Thesis work at ÅF. We will find a suitable thesis work for each participant according to your profile.

The application for next years programme will start autumn 2018.
