Implementation of goals and strategies
A leading engineering company wanted to implement goals and strategies with a focus on expanding the service offering in connection with product sales. Behavioural change was seen as the greatest challenge.
ÅF was given the task of supporting the process surrounding the behavioural change. We trained an internal supervisor to drive the rollout of goals and strategies. The participants were given training in pedagogical tools such as how to conduct effective meetings, handle objections and sum up discussions.
This resulted in highly engaged employees who took part in workshops together with internal supervisors to develop new working methods and formulate proposals to the management for how to carry out competence and behavioural change projects.
The concept we offered generated the results that were desired by the customer in connection with the rollout of goals and strategies. The success factors were the focus on engagement, acceptance, initiative and constructive action, together with a spirit of fun.
