Climate calculations for a better indoor climate

Applying a holistic perspective that takes into account climatic conditions, surrounding infrastructure as well as the energy and environmental targets for client properties is critical, so ÅF has developed a method for determining how those conditions effect energy use.   

Finding the optimum energy solution is a challenge and ÅFs Climatic Calculation and its conditions are affected by the surrounding infrastructure. The energy needs and energy-efficiency potential of buildings are determined to a significant degree by factors such as architectural design, physical location, pluming and ventilation design and local microclimate.

For this reason, system analyses need to be conducted at an early stage in the process in order to design intelligent energy systems for electricity, heating and cooling. Buildings that are to be environmentally assessed for certification must also meet specific requirements.
