ÅF Advansia’s project management and construction management enjoy the backing of robust specialist environments that ensure high quality and low risk in projects from start to completion.
The specialist environments are organised into specialist groups which deal with specialised issues that cut across projects, and further develop our skill-sets and our quality system.
We take weighty responsibility for progress planning, coordination, follow-up and inspection in projects where this is part of the service we offer. In our largest ongoing projects, teams consisting of several planners have been set up to cover the whole gamut in sufficient detail, while on smaller projects we have planning skills in the form of individual or shared posts. We have a good knowledge of most planning systems, incl. Safran and MS project. Progress planning is organised into a specialist environment of its own managed by Christopher Klepsland.
We have formed a specialist group of our own, populated by business economists who work with cost management and control in projects. We have the systems and the competence to control and coordinate many parallel contract packages. At OSL we are coordinating 150 contracts to a total value of NOK 14 billion. The specialist group is headed by Svein Hjorth.
ÅF Advansia supplies complete documentation centre functions consisting of a manager and a customised number of document controllers responsible for the structure, format, filing, archiving and distribution of project documents. Currently, we have set up document centre functions in our three largest projects, in addition to having individual document controllers engaged part-time on smaller assignments. The specialist group is managed by Truls Are Bakken.
