Energy, environment and industrial automation have been the main fields of ÅF’s operation in Estonia from the very beginning. Primary activities involve consultancy to clients and finding solutions to our customers’ problems.
On a daily basis, we provide to our clients competent, unbiased and innovative consultancy services in the fields of energy, related environment and automation.
Our goal is to be the first choice to our clients in the fields where we operate.
Today ÅF is the leader in power generation, distribution and related environmental consulting in Estonia. We have participated in the planning or implementation of almost all new power production capacity in Estonia, for example Narva power plants, Tallinn CHP plant, Tartu CHP plant, Pärnu CHP plant, Iru power plant new waste-to-energy unit etc.
Our clients are typically power plant owners, investors, industries or public entities. Our core offering consists of Owner's Engineer services, EPCM services (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) and Project Management services. We also offer a wide range of technical consultancy services for energy project developers and environmental consulting services for a wider range of industries. The main energy sources we work with are biofuels, oil shale and renewables. We are also the leader in waste-to-energy project development services in Estonia.
ÅF has offices in Tallinn, Narva, Viljandi and Võru with more than 30 employees alltogether and the personnel consists mainly of thermal and electrical power engineering, heating and ventilation, automation, IT, project management and environmental specialists.
