We assist you with selection of appropriate material with respect to e.g. corrosion or cracking. We are giving the customer status and life length analyses of production plants and equipment. Inspection of installations and process equipment e.g. recovery boiler inspections are one of our unique services. Our knowledge and project experience is valuable in conjunction with the entire ÅF offer for analyses of increased production e.g. paper machines, boilers etc.
Welding issues, water treatment, water chemistry, quality audit and educating of personnel are typical assignments within our areas of expertise.
We use our in-house metallurgical-, water lab and workshops with various technical equipment for material testing, examination and workshop for sample preparation and experiment. Our metallurgists, mechanical engineers or water chemist are IWE certificated (International Welding Engineer).
