Our co-workers have a vast collective knowledge covering both the consultants´, contractors´ and customers´business perspectives. We facilitate the entire process – from procurement with requirements and tender material through implementation and follow-up once facilities are taken into operation. We administer, plan, coordinate and manage the entire process. Our project managers always work in close cooperation with our customers, to create project teams, delegate responsibilities and mandates, interact with government agencies and other stakeholders, and steer towards given objectives related to quality, time and cost. ÅF´s project managers work with project, design, construction and installations management.
