The purpose of the quality system is to:
- Assure process related information
- Identify broken sensors or sensors with incorrect behavior
- Automatic replacement of bad data
- A more efficient monthly production reporting
- A more efficient CO2 reporting
These goals are all fulfilled. Ongoing development is Process-unit-performance Trouble Shooting (OEE – Overall Equipment Efficiency) based on quality assured information.
