ÅF has just finished a lighting project at The University in Oslo, Campus Blindern.
The project has brought great qualities to the Blindern area at night.
Color shifts in northern lighting themes
The lighting consists mainly of new feature lighting (illumination of the main walkways through the area).
In addition to the functional lighting, some sculptures are now lit, and a fountain (which is not in use in the winter, and looks a little sad), now has LED lighting with color shifts, and is now standing in a slow color change cycle in a northern lights palette.
The University 200 year anniversary called for upgrades
The University has its 200 year anniversary in 2011, and ÅF has therefore also produced a logo of approximately 10 x 10 meters. A large tree outside the University Library has gotten uplights with color shifts, and the tree is now slowly changing colors.
