In 2011’s edition of “Europe's Ideal Employers 2011”, ÅF ended up as number 47 out of 100 companies as the ideal employer for engineering students. The study is annually performed by Swedish-based employer branding consulting company “Universum” and was carried out at Europe’s 100 most prestigious universities with nearly 20 000 students involved. According to “Universum” you can see a clear trend, that the most attractive companies are associated with good reputation, market success and prestige. Last year, 2010, ÅF was ranked as number 48 in the same survey.
