Congratulations Alice! You are on the list of the 150 super communicators in the Swedish business world and you are also ranked no 12 of Sweden’s most powerful people within the environment sector. In a week you will receive a medal from the Royal Highness of Sweden for honorable achievements.
What is going on? How come you are on these lists and getting a medal from the Royal Highness?
Well, who knows, right? We can start by noticing that it has less to do with me and more to do with what is going on in the world. Sustainability and the importance to communicate the challenges we all have before us, get lots of attention at the moment.
What does it mean to you to be on these lists?
It feels good, but not that good that it will make me sad IF or more likely WHEN I end up with lower ranking or not even on the list at all. Then I simply don’t care! Good right? I am very selective when it comes to my own wellbeing. I have neither the time nor the energy to walk around and think of myself.
What does it mean to ÅF that you are on these lists?
In a large perspective it doesn’t mean anything. What is really important is the difference our consultants make every day, working with our clients. That must never be forgotten!
What about the Royal Highness? What will it be like to enter the Royal Castle and personally receive the medal?
I think I will be fine. It will probably be a fast; ”Hello – Thank you – Good bye”.
Will you be celebrating all your nominations?
I think it is important to be happy whenever you can. There are so many bad things going on in the world, so I try to celebrate both large and small things in the everyday life. Last time I bought a bottle of champagne was last week, when I received evidence of that the updated procedure for risk assessment in the tender phase works. THAT feels good!
Here are the complete ranking lists (in Swedish).
