Munthe-Kaas and Udnes is a well established engineering company competing in the construction stages of infrastructural projects. The company is situated in Lillestrøm north of Oslo and was founded in 1980. Munthe-Kaas and Udnes offer consulting and engineering in the field of civil engineering, with emphasis on structural engineering. At present, the company has 9 employees.
ÅF in Norway is with this acquisition complementing their advisory services within technical installations in buildings, and can now offer engineering services within HVAC, electrical installations, fire consultancy and now also structural engineering.
The acquisition is a natural part of growth plans and ambitions to be number one or two in the markets where ÅF is present.
