Potential in improvements
Much of the potential for energy saving and greenhouse gas reduction lies in mere improvements or fine-tuning of existing technologies and processes.
ECO screening of products, the study and implementation of energy efficiency measures and an advanced control system for power plants are typical examples. There are of course other kinds of improvement projects related to sustainability, for example improved safety or the assistance with support to local electricity companies with the aim to improve electricity availability.
