ÅF Lighting project nominated for the Norwegian Lighting Prize

The 200 year anniversary of the University called for upgrades in the area and ÅF Lighting has in this context created a lighting project consisting of both functional and scenographic lighting solutions. The lighting design creates a variety of experiences and enhance the visual appeal of the whole area accentuating the functionalist architecture. The project is now nominated along with 6 other outdoor projects.

The Norwegian Lighting Prize was established by "Lyskultur" - the Norwegian Knowledge Center for Lighting and is awarded every two years. The purpose of the Norwegian Lighting Prize is to focus on and visualize the lighting culture in Norway.  The winners will be announced on November the 17th, The Lighting Day 2011 in Norway.
