Description of project
Investigation of the Callovo-Oxfordian clay unit as a potential hostrock for a geological repository for radioactive waste at Andra’s Meuse/Haute-Marne underground research laboratory in France.

Our services
Developing a modular approach to model numerically the coupled flow and transport of hydrogen and heat on the scale of an entire repository while simultaneously considering small scale structures; model conceptualization and realization using TOUGH2-MP; sensitivity analyses; computation on our cluster for a study period of 1 mio. years.
