The Energy Division offers consulting services for energy industries. Clients are power companies and other energy-intensive industries, public authorities, financial institutions, and nuclear power plants. The Energy Division accounts for around 27% of ÅF Group sales.
The division undertakes projects all over the world and is a leading supplier to the Nordic power generation sector. It also has extensive operations in Russia, the Baltic countries and in Switzerland.

Services focus on the early stages of an investment: Feasibility studies, concept development, specifications and pre-engineering. But we also offer inspections, analysis, trouble-shooting and rufurbishment and upgrade planning.
Energy projects include making more efficient use of resources and improving the environmental performance of nuclear power, district-heating/cooling and gas plants.
The ÅF Group and its subsidiaries are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. ÅF-Consult is accredited for fugitive emissions monitoring and analysis, and complies with the formal requirements for sampling.
